2010 Beach Retreat "Year Round" Rate:
$25.00 per person each night
Starting March 2011 Rates will be $30.00 per person each night.
A $200.00 Cleaning Fee is also added.

2 BR/2 BA Condo plus 2 set bunks with kitchen and living $175.00 per night sleeps 8
1 BR/1 BA Queen Condo with 1 set of bunk beds + kitchen $100.00 per night
1 BR/1 BA Queen Condo with 1 set of bunk beds + kitchen down $100.00 per night. Plus: a $50 per Condo cleanup fee per stay.
A 11% Lodging Tax will be charged at check out.
