$25.00 per person each night with a guaranteed 55 person minimum and a maximum of 75 persons per side."
A $200.00 Cleaning Fee is also added.

1 BR/1 BA Queen Condo with 1 set of bunk beds + kitchen down $100.00 per night. Plus: a $50 per Condo cleanup fee per stay.
A 11% Lodging Tax will be charged at check out.
